When ordering shells from my lists please quote:
1. shell name, size, price
2. your location
3. method of payment preferred
I will reply confirming the shells of that species available and the total cost including postage and applicable fees. Shells photographed are generally available, if not I will give you the alternatives. Nothing will be sent without written confirmation by you of the acceptance of the shells, there cost, postage method and conditions of purchase.
All prices on the site are quoted in US$ as this currency is universal. Payments are to be made in US$ or I will quote the price in Australian dollars for other foreign currency conversions and payment can then be made in Australian dollars using Paypal.
All postage and handling charges will be paid by the purchaser including the Paypal fee of 4% of total value.
A tracking number is not issued unless the parcel is registered at increased cost so please inform me if parcel registration is required.
Postage delays and freight costs vary of course, depending on the postage method chosen: air mail - approximately 10-14 days, surface - 4 to 6 weeks.
PAYMENT METHOD
I accept credit card payments through Paypal with a 3.4% fee payable on purchases to cover paypals costs.
Direct deposit into my bank account for Australian buyers and with overseas purchasers - $20 bank charge for funds clearance is to be added to the total plus and an adjusted total cost to cover bank conversion charges to Aust. $.
Cash payments can be made(registered or unregistered post) sent at the purchasers risk.
International Bank cheques will be accepted but a $20 bank charge for funds clearance is to be added to the total plus and an adjusted total cost to cover bank conversion charges to Aust. $.
International Personal cheques are not accepted because of the $25 default fee payable to the bank if the cheque does not clear for any reason.

The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the shells once they have been posted. While the seller, in carefully packing the shells will attempt to prevent any damage, the seller is not liable and can not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for loss or damage caused by postage mishandling. By buying your shells you explicitly agree to these conditions of purchase.
Although I have never lost a parcel one did take two months to arrive and with reference to the above there is rarely any damage caused by postage mishandling.
Please note: all my shells come with a full money back guarantee if the shells are returned within 14 days in original condition.
Refunds will only be given when the returned shells have been received and I am satisfied they are in their original condition.
I will fully describe the quality of each shell, and the purchaser will accept the shells so described, prior to posting.
The purchaser agrees to notify me immediately the order arrives and within 7 days if there is a problem with the shells.
